For fans of Robbie Williams, some goos news has just arrived. After his stint back with his mates from Take That, Robbie is going to work on his solo career again, which has given us many great hits and ditties. He has signed a new record deal and is set to bring his beats back to us. “I’m really thrilled to be joining the Universal family at what I think is the most exciting time in my career.” he said.

Robbie Williams has revealed the cover art and track listing for his 39-song greatest hits set In And Out Of Consciousness – The Greatest Hits 1990 – 2010, to be released on CD and DVD on Astralwerks Records on October 12. The album is spread over 2 CDs and is the definitive hits collection of one of the biggest superstars to have emerged from the UK in the last 20 years.

He came out with a Greatest Hits and since he hasn’t been the greatest, so why this other one? Maybe for the eye candy element? Or maybe it’s a harbinger of what he has done before he rejoins Take That? Oh, wait, does it say 1990 to 2010. Will it include Take That songs then? We’re confused.

Robbie Williams loves weed

Robbie Williams has gone out and expressed his love for everything ganja. He said: “Weed, it’s such a lovely drug. But it doesn’t mix well with me at all. It doesn’t take much to trigger. I mean, I’ll get psychosis from having a cup of tea! The caffeine in that’s enough. A cup of tea will make me feel like shit. But it’s just a shame about weed because I did love it.”

And now some anti-drug groups living off of Nancy Reagan’s policy are angry. Seriously, if you still have an issue with cannabis you need to set your priorities straight. We don’t like it at all, but we don’t think it should be illegal. Get a grip.

Robbie Williams performs live medley at Brit Awards

Robbie Williams won the Outstanding Contribution to Music Brit Award this evening. He performed a medley that contained some of his greatest songs like “Let Me Entertain You” and “Feel.” He deserved it as his musical career as a male British artist is unsurpassed and even if his new album Reality Killed The Video Star is lagging a little, every artist has an evolution of up and downs. Let’s hope we get a surprise single soon. Plus, he’s looking dapper and gorgeous as usual.

Mark Owen from Take That gets married!

Robbie Williams rejoining Take That aside, there’s some other new at that camp. Mark Owen, the original heartthrob, has finally tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend and best friend Emma Ferguson. “The bride wore a long, white, beaded, V-neck 1920s gown and embroidered vintage veil. Her bridesmaids were also in white 1920s-style beaded dresses. Fellow band mates Gary, Howard and Jason flew to Scotland on a 17 seater Lear Jet to attend the festivities. Robbie was said to have been arriving by private jet. Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow were also said to be guests of the couple. Mark and Emma already have two children together, three-year-old Elwood Jack and one-year-old Willow Rose.”

The promo campaign for Reality Killed The Video Star is underway and Robbie Williams is looking as fresh as ever. “Bodies” will be all over the place real soon and the album is bound to make it big, because even if many think that the previous album, Rudebox, didn’t do well, it kept the fans happy and nothing solves a flop like a hiatus, ask Whitney!

This is the official cover to the new muchly-anticipated Robbie Williams single “Bodies” from his “come back” album titled Reality Killed The Video Star – a timely take on the Buggles track. Finally, some news from the Robbie Williams camp. He is finishing up an album titled Reality Killed The Radio Star which is slated for an October release. This will be preceded by a singles titled “Bodies.” The rumors that he’d join Take That again scared me as his brand of britpop is like no other and completely surpasses that M.O.R. / Adult Contemporary bull crap they now do. Good to here from him and let’s hope the whole album is as good as all his previous efforts.
