1Premiere: Video: “Saturday Night” by the Noisettes
2We forgot about the Noisettes for a hot minute, only because we heavily spun their album last year and gave it a break, but this brings it all back. One of the best songs on the album (and a single), get a new kind of video treatment. The band teamed up with Nokia, which gave a bunch of fans a new N95 and asked them to film random clips for the song. Then the clips were spliced together and this is the result.
The Ting Tings perform on Saturday Night Live
The Ting Tings are still doing the promotion rounds for their first album We Started Nothing in the US. They are nominated for the Best New Artist category at the Grammy’s. So, some more buzz is building around them stateside. This song is old to us, but we can’t wait to listen to their new album Kunst.
Must-Watch: Rihanna skit and performances on Saturday Night Live
2This has got to be one of the funniest skits we have seen on SNL in a while. And she pulls it off really well. Too bad her album Rated R sucks.

More Lady GaGa performances on SNL
These performances are the paragon of what Lady Gaga is – a whole lotta show for not so much music. “Paparazzi” was great, but the medley (below) is completely disjointed and awkward at parts. Only the ring-dress around her saved it. We hope “Bad Romance” is not a slow number from her upcoming The Fame re-incarnation The Fame Monster.
Fresh: Video: “Forever Is Over” by The Saturdays
The Saturdays are not wasting a single minute between album after their success. The first single for the second album is ready for your viewing even when the album hasn’t been titled. The sound is not that much of a stretch, but it’s a different thing for them. It can totally be a jukebox favorite on Old Compton Street. So, Frankie didn’t leave and they are still in tact for the second serving.
Exclusive: Video: “Wild Young Hearts” by the Noisettes
2Not the best video on earth. The song is catchy, but the album is filled with catchy. Wild Young Hearts is quite an effort of electro beats with a surprising element of the slow. “Saturday Night” was slated to be the next single, I wonder why this surfaced.
