Wallpaper has gone and broken another barrier. Yes, this upcoming month’s issue will feature a peal-off cover. The eye-candy model will be wearing a suit and then a birthday suit. The pictures are taken by sexist designer Karl Lagerfeld. The model is Baptiste Giabiconi. Journalism was never so seductive.
You know a real pop band when you hear them get up on a live TV show and perform and uptempo song like that without lip syncing. That’s how it’s done. Anticipation for Sweet 7 is building up and the y deserve it!
Just how exquisite is this? It’s called the “clutch chair” and it is made entirely of straws. It contains about 10,000 straws in different colors. The designer behind it is Scott Jarvie. Here’s what he had to say about it: “Made from 10,000 drinking straws, the Clutch Chair is an exploratory research piece that passes comment on our disposable culture. The development process of this piece also informed that of the Clutch Light, both of which were developed from an observation of the structural characteristics of trees.”

Nothing much going on here. We abhor Akon. We think David Guetta used to be good, but not so much now. The lyrics are appalling and the music video is blah. But this will probably be played in all the hetty places for a year or two.
Haven’t watched it and don’t really care at all. But, it’s just that I know how big this is for Venezuela! They value the pageants so much that their contestants are big celebrities and some even are in political office. They’re all stunning, but I bet Venezuela is celebrating like crazy tonight.
Baby shades and soft linens. The skinny boy never looked so good. Company Of We is a new designer house that caters to a highly marginalized demographic of society – the skinny boy hipster than doesn’t was to spend to much. It’s urban chic with a slight air of sophistication. They have been hailed as the new “design darlings” by Selectism and are set to break strong into the market. Visit them here.
Where’s my electronic belt and why doesn’t everyone hang their phone in the middle of their chests. The galaxy background is so Jetsons. Oh, and why don’t the women have phones?
Some fresh designer by the name of Dror Benshetrit has decided to ditch conventional materials and start using felt as a replacement to cotton or whatever your sofa has in it. The result is this – the peacock chair. A chair invented to comfort and to dazzle. And if you get it early, it could be a conversational piece, too. It molds and shifts to fit your contours while still looking like the modern masterpiece that it is.
Surprisingly, “Get Sexy” is quite solid track with a beat so hot, it’s up there with the Black Eyes Peas “Boom Boom Pow.” The album, which Amazon.co.uk said was called LP7 but is not, will have two singles out already before it drops. This is happening with a lot of artists because after the advent of iTunes and other sites, the album seems to be dying and singles are all that brings in the money these days. So, we get two singles from Sugababes, two from Mariah, two from Beyonce and two leaks from Whitney.
Yes, it’s the iBum and it will give you a good old time by taking big pics of your bum and your friends bums. Preferably with no clothes on. So, you can make a collection of worldly bums. If you are a fan of the bum, which I know many of my readers are, you will find this handy and essential.
A brand by the name of SOPOPULAR from Germany are revisiting color when it comes to the male wardrobe. And it is more than welcome as men’s fashion needs a boost of sorts – away from the humdrum mall rat set which dominates. Unconditional, Juun J, sometimes Diesel and American Apparel are the only places one can find something wearable yet fashionable. Thanks, Adnan.
Yes, immaturity makes me laugh.
“Constructed of a single piece of fiber glass, the Melaina Easy Chair was designed in 1970 by Rodolfo Bonetto for Driade. Bonetto began his career as a consultant for automobile manufactures. In 1958 he founded his own firm, and went on to win the Compasso d’ORO award in 1964, 1970, and 1979.” – Selectism
In this region raw talents are a few and far in-between. However, sometimes a gem pops up. Mohammed Ashi has unleashed his new collection upon us, and frankly, we can’t get enough. After graduating from acclaimed fashion schools, working for world-renowned brands and winning Future TV’s Project Fashion, Ashi embarked on his own fashion journey. The product is his latest collection of pieces that are both original in form and cutting-edge in trend. The artist manages to carefully craft his works with modern flair, yet without forgetting the opulence of dress. His colors are muted, yet rich. Each piece is done with intricate care and are never duplicated.
This is for real.
