Video Premiere: “Ms. Emotional” by Natasha Hamilton

You might remember this missy from a girl band called Atomic Kitten back in the British day. She has been MIA for a while now, but she’s back with this track that is neither here nor there. We are almost 100% sure this won’t dent the charts at all. Generic ballad at a times when great ballads don’t make it.

Video Preview: “Insatiable” by Nadine Coyle

Nadine Coyle is at it! The solo career starts now and this is the first single from it, which apparently has been banned from TV because it was too racy. We don’t see anything too out there, but you know we like us some racy. This single comes out a week after Cheryl Cole’s “Promise This.” We would like it to push the track off of the to spot.

Video Premiere: “Promise This” by Cheryl Cole

The new video from Cheryl Cole‘s somewhat rushed sophomore effort has come available. The album is slated for an end of the year release… just in time to compete with our favorite Girl Aloud Nadine Coyle. This is just OK to us. But, we originally hated “Fight For This Love” and then grew to love the entire album and its first single included.  So, it has growing potential is what we are trying to say.

Nadine Coyle begins promotional tour for “Insatiable”

Our favorite Girl Aloud, Nadine Coyle, is ready and set to go ahead with the promotion of her debut album Insatiable. Meanwhile, Cheryl Cole found it to be a great opportunity for her to cram in another album right before the other Girls Aloud get feisty. Let’s hope this one has some gems on it.

Video Premiere: “Back To Scratch” by Charlotte Church

We are glad Charlotte Church with some pop for us, but this has a little too much twang for us. The chorus is cute, but the rest is too Taylor Swift for our liking. The video is especially nice though.

Legendary: “King Of Pain” by Alanis Morissette

Randomly popped up on our iPod and this little Police cover is a great number that Alanis did for her MTV Unplugged performance. it’s a quaint little rendition and we love that she uses both male and female pronouns and nouns throughout the track.

Official cover art of Sharon Corr’s new solo album!

We don’t get why anyone would want to give her a record deal especially after the fact that her sister, who was the lead vocalist of the Corrs, Andrea Corr failed miserably at her solo record. But, she’s worth the try, we guess. We are definitely going to give it a right spin, but not too hopeful for it. Click below for the tracklisting.

1

What’s exciting about Charlotte Church second pop album is that she going for a more stripped down vocal contemporary pop record. Back To Scratch is the British singer’s return to the charts. Let’s hope this has as much solid tracks as it’s predecessor.

68

There is a rumor circulating around the internets that Amy Winehouse is dead. This is growing now and is on Twitter. But, I dared to delve further because I don’t know if I will be able to take it. Anyway, it turns out that some newspaper in the UK is running a story about how Amy Winehouse almost died in Blakc’s arms after some sort of overdose. The headlines was “Amy Winehouse Died In My Arms,” which is what is leading the widespread rumors around twitter and the world. So, she is not dead, apparently. In other news, Amy Winehouse’s father is releasing an album! Yeah, I know! Still, I am getting it. Anyway, chill she’s not dead!
