Mariah Carey’s single “Oh Santa” has leaked!
4Her classic “All I Want For Christmas” is unsurpassed. This one sounds like a little add-on, nothing to compare but a reminder how festive Mariah Carey can get. In the beginning it sounded noisy, but now it’s OK. Especially with the melismatic theatrics. Click below to check it out. Continue reading
Some awkward album covers and one fabulous one!

Official Britney Spears cover for Singles Collection
2Okay, so it’s not this one. And it’s not this one at all, too. If you are out of your gay mind and not buying this, you will probably end up with this cover (above) or just “3” as a download. Because, in all realness, if you don’t have all the tracks on this compilation you are probably to far into this paragraph. This is the official cover of the non-box set version of the Singles Collection.
New video for the Britney Spears new single “3″
Britney Spears reveals box design and cover of the Singles Collection
The singles collection will contain just that – the entire singles collection in their original artwork in sleeves. Every single single Britney has released will be in that box. A smart move considering that this offering is about the packaging more than the content. So, there won’t be illegal downloading because the tracks are already available, the real draw in the package.
Robbie Williams recently did that and it went over well. But, he has quiet an impressive b-side catalogue so that could be a factor in fans purchasing. But, Britney’s fans will undoubtedly dish out the amount for such a ordeal. Good job!
Britney Spears to release next single titled “3″
“3″ is Britney’s next single. It is set to be released as the lead single from her upcoming second greatest hits compilation, “The Singles Collection”. It was officially confirmed via Spears’ official website on September 23, 2009 that the song will be released to U.S. radio on September 29, 2009.
Cover for the Britney Spears singles collection, maybe again
3We first thought that this was the cover and we were kinda happy, if not for the impeccable cut and paste then for the nostalgia. But, now we hear this crapola of an emboss job is the official cover. It might change. But, we thought we’d report it. You know, we wouldn’t be surprised if it was The Singles Collection cover because she has a history of suckage when it comes to artwork.
Are you single?

Trenita is too!
Cover for the Britney Spears singles collection, maybe
9The Singles Collection is way too close to Greatest Hits: My Prerogative. But, she needs to make some money y’all. And this will hopefully include all the singles ever. She might need more than one disc for it. It is rumored that this is the cover, which is not bad, but not a new photoshoot. Lady GaGa wrote a song for the album called “Telephone,” which should be the single. Also leftovers from Britney (“Bring Me Home”) and Circus (“Whiplash”). Two previously unreleased track will make it also. “Hush Hush” and “Hold On To Me.” Looks promising!
Video: “Kill The Lights” by Britney Spears
1Don’t get your panties up in a bunch, it’s just an animated video for one of the best songs of Circus. There’s no excuse for it. When she did the animated video for “Break The Ice” we understood because she was going through rehab. Now, why this? I mean a live version with some graphics, in the Madonna manner of “Miles Away” and “Get Together,” would have been better than this Bratz looking fiasco! For such a fun and happening song she should have done something elaborate and dancey, but something tells me Britney just wants to release as many songs as possible to fill a singles compilation coming out soon.

My LOFT965 Exclusive: The Best Albums Of 2008 has been getting a lot of hits and some comments and email have been popping up from it. Some are surprised I thought Detours was the best album of the year, considering the fact that it has been a year heavy on album releases. Not that I have to justify picking it, I just wanted to give you a glimpse of this wonderful album filled with great songs.
Girls Aloud get to #1…
I have been ranting and raving about them for a while, I know. But, apparently lots of people think that they are that good. “The Promise” just landed on top of the UK singles charts. It’s their 4th number one and, so far, they haven’t had any of their singles not land in the top 10. They deserve it. Good song.
