VH1 needs to go research and reassess its definition of “diva” because they don’t seem to understand the meaning of the word. Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, Paramore, Keri Hilson and whoever else they have on this year are hardly divas. In fact. they are merely young-ins. What they need to do is bring the Mariahs and Whitney and then we’ll be in business. Right now it’s looking like a Radio show concert. The only good thing about this show is that it is hosted by Kathy Griffin.
News is out that Michael Jackson fans will finally get some new material as soon as this year. The King Of Pop must have a prolific oeuvre that hasn’t been released and this Monday we will hear the new single “Breaking News” from his upcoming album of unreleased material titled Michael. This is exciting news as we have been dying to hear some new beats and this was recored in 2007 in New Jersey. Exciting.
The Gaga camp has allegedly just announced that the video for the third single from The Fame Monster, “Alejandro,” will début to the world on May 25th, 2010. That’s next Tuesday. We still think the song sounds like Ace Of Base’s remake of “Don’t Turn Around.” But, as with Gaga, the video will be fabulous and it stars Mr. Walliams of Little Britain fame. Also, Lady Gaga is showing some nipple action and frolicking with a snake. A two-eyed one. Let’s hope for the bestest!
